JWT South Africa is proud of its clients who were chosen as some of South AfricaÂ’s coolest brands in the latest Sunday Times Generation Next Brand Survey.
JWT Managing Director, Judy van Dam, says; “Our congratulations to Kellogg, Lux, Nestle, Nokia and Shell for being voted as some of South Africa’s ‘coolest’ brands by our youth.”During this year’s survey HDI Youth Marketers interviewed 6 060 young South Africans – aged eight to 22 to vote for the country’s coolest brands.
KelloggÂ’s Coco Pops was placed first and KelloggÂ’s Corn Flakes second in the Breakfast Cereal category while Lux was voted number one in the Soap category and number three in the Skincare category.
Nestlé KIT KAT came second and Bar One third in the Chocolate Confectionary category with Bar One also being placed fifth as the Coolest Energy Product.
JWTÂ’s client Nokia was highly rated in the Coolest Phone category as was Shell in the Petrol Station category.
“A big thank you to the youth of South Africa for voting for the brands we work with,” concludes Judy.
