Drive Control Corporation (DCC) announces a stylish addition to the HP notebook range, the HP G62. This full featured high spec machine is aimed at providing the home user with everything they need in one affordable, attractive package, checking all of the boxes without breaking the bank.
The G62 ships standard with Windows 7 Premium and a 500GB hard drive, giving users plenty of storage for all of those movies, photographs, music files and other multimedia. The latest generation of Intel Core i3 processor ensures great speeds and 4GB of DDR3 RAM means this device can keep pace with even the most hectic home life.
"Apart from the great standard specifications of this machine, its styling is truly superb. A fingerprint-proof design ensures the notebook always looks its best no matter what sticky fingers have been typing on it, and the exterior styling is eye-catching and will offset any decor. The silver cover sports an imprinted prism design, guaranteed to impress and keep you on top of the latest trends," says Deon Botha, HP PSG Product Specialist at DCC.
The high end standard specifications of this machine make it ideal for the home user market, as the device is fairly future proof thanks to the addition of the latest in cutting edge technology. It is a stable machine that delivers sleek styling, loads of storage and an appealing look and feel, all at a price point that is highly affordable.
"With 4GB of DDR3 RAM users can play games that are memory intensive, and can also multi-task various applications such as music players, internet browsers, word processing and spreadsheets. The amount of memory delivered by this machine makes this multi-tasking possible and enables the device to boot up and shut down quickly, making the experience of using the device a breeze," Botha adds.
In keeping with the worldwide green trend the G62 also enables consumers to use less energy and reduce their environmental impact. Energy saving features include EPEAT silver qualification, and an LED panel that provides a clear picture while using less energy and keeping harmful mercury out of landfills. The HP G62 also features a 15.6" high definition widescreen, an integrated webcam and Wi-Fi, a built-in Altec Lansing audio system and a full sized keyboard.
"This computer offers everything the home user could want from a notebook and more. With the G62 users can enjoy trusted, industry-leading HP notebook reliability plus a great balance of features, full PC performance and mobility at excellent value," Botha concludes.
The HP G62 is now available from distributors Drive Control Corporation.
