Service: The purpose of this tender is to appoint a service provider to conduct exhibitions for Rural High Schools in all 9 provinces, in lieu of addressing Success Indicator for
information Dissemination and Rural Development. A total of 30 or more schools per province must be targeted for the project.

1. Tenders must be on official bid form, which shall be completed in all aspects, and all information must be supplied as stipulated in the tender document.
2. Hard copies of the document will be available on 3 August 2010 and are obtainable at TETA, 344 Pretoria Avenue,
Randburg, from the security.
3. Tender must be deposited in TETAs bid box on or before 10 September 2010 not later than 12:00 am (South African
time). The bid box is situated at 344 Pretoria Avenue, Randburg.
4. Envelopes must be addressed to TETA: Acting Procurement Officer, with the bid number TETA9/CS/0002 and closing
date.
5. The name and address of the tendering contractor must be endorsed on the back of the envelope.
6. All TETA contracts awarded are subject to appeals being timeously lodged (if any) and letters of acceptance being
issued.
