The National Gambling Board (the board) hereby invites prospective service providers to obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for providing research services to the NGB.
Bid documents, inclusive of a detailed terms of reference or research brief is obtainable at a non-refundable cost of R250,00 from the offices of NGB at the below-mentioned address daily from 6 August 2010 until 13 September 2010 between 08h00 and 16h00 at: The reception desk of the National Gambling Board, Block G, Mapungubwe Building, the dti Campus, 77 Meintjies Street, Sunnyside, Pretoria.
Five copies of the completed bid documents, inclusive of a detailed research proposal and costing, must be placed in a
sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number and project name, and deposited in the bid box at the reception of the board, not later than 11:00 on 13 September 2010.
Bids are to be completed in accordance with the conditions and bid rules contained in the bid documents. Telegraphic,
telexed, facsimiled or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted. No telephonic or any other form of communication with any other member of staff at the board, other than the named individual below, relating to this bid will be permitted. No late proposals will be accepted.
A compulsory briefing will be conducted at 14:00 on
11 August 2010 at the National Gambling Board, in the 18-seater, SANAS Board Room, Block G, Mapungubwe Building, the dti Campus, Sunnyside, Pretoria.
