1. Bids must be on official bid form, which shall be completed in all aspects, and all information must be supplied as stipulated in the bid document.
2. Hard copies of the document will be available on the 27 July 2010 and are obtainable at TETA, 344 Pretoria Avenue,
Randburg, from the Security.
3. Bids must be deposited in TETAs bid box on or before 27 August 2010 not later than 12:00 am (South African time).
The bid box is situated at 344 Pretoria Avenue, Randburg.
4. Envelopes must be addressed to TETA: Acting Procurement Officer, with the Bid No. TETA9/CS/0029 and closing date.
5. The name and address of the quoting contractor must be endorsed on the back of the envelope.
6. All TETA contracts awarded are subject to appeals being timeously lodged (if any) and letters of acceptance being
issued.
