Documents are available from the Department of DefenceLogistic Support Formation, corner of Van Riebeeck and Stephanus Schoeman Roads (Room 0006), Thaba Tshwane, or Department of Defence, Logistic Support Formation, Central Procurement Service Centre, Private Bag X1037, Thaba Tshwane, 0143; or deposited in the tender box next to the main entrance to Joint Support Base Garrison, Department of Defence, corner of Van Riebeeck and Stephanus Schoeman Roads, Thaba Tshwane.
No database application forms will be supplied either electronically or by fax.
