Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Ltd (Reg No1993/04150/06) invites tenders from suitable and experienced suppliers for the supply, installation, commissioning and setting to work of a 3D Aerodrome Simulator, which will be used by the Aviation Training Academy (ATA) situated at Bonaero Park (ATO Approval Number: 0011 Scope: Air Traffic Services)
Tenders are hereby requested for the supply, installation, commissioning and setting to work of a 3D Aerodrome Simulator according to ATNS specifications. The simulator will be used by the Aviation Training Academy (ATA) situated at Bonaero Park.
Companies interested in submitting their proposals may obtain electronic copies of the RFT documents on request, in Adobe Reader and/or Word format/s, between 09:00 and 16:00 (CAT) daily from 20 July 2010 to 30 July 2010 at the ATNS Head Office, Block 2, Gewel Street, Isando Industrial Park, Isando, South Africa and/or request for them to be e-mailed to their business e-mail address.
ATNS is principally involved in the supply of Air Traffic and Navigation Services and maintenance of the Air Traffic
Navigation infrastructure in South Africa's area of responsibility. Other operations in the company include supply of Aeronautical Information Services, Technical Maintenance and Aerodrome Services, as well as training of registered Air Traffic Controllers and technical staff.
The closing date for the registration of interest to tender is 12:00 (CAT) on 30 July 2010 and regrettably no tenders will be accepted without the registration of interest.
The closing date for submissions of proposals is 12:00 (CAT) on 30 August 2010.
Tenders are to be delivered to: ATNS Reception Desk, Block 2, Isando Industrial Park, Gewel Street, Isando Ext 3, Johannesburg, South Africa.
Printed and bound documents for the tenders are required. Mailed, telegraphic, faxed or late tenders can, regrettably, not be accepted.
