Request for proposal for: Risk and compliance software
In order to embed and automate risk management and compliance processes within the business entities, Denel (Pty) Ltd requires a suitable software tool for implementation at its business entities to:
1. Enable consistent identification, evaluation, control and reporting of risks
2. Ensure continuous monitoring of business and compliance risks
3. Link risks and action plans and track actions
4. Monitor risk tolerances and impacts thereon
The tool must integrate with the current reporting system for consolidation purpose and enable Denel to meet Kinng III requirements with regard to risk governance.
Proposals are hereby requested from suitably qualified and reputable suppliers based in South Africa, subject to certain contractual obligations, terms and conditions.
A document with specific deliverables can be otained from Tuesday 20th July 2010 until Thursday 22nd July 2010, at a non-refundable fee of R1000.00. The document can be purchased from our reception desk during office hours only at the following address:

Please note: Late proposals will NOT be considered. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and placed in the tender box at the above-mentioned address, clearly marked with the proposal number: and the supplier's name.
