Bid documents are obtainable as from 24 February 2010 from O8hOO to 16HOO (Mondays to Fridays) at the offices of BPDM, cnr Beyers Naude and Fatima Bhayat Street, Rustenburg, Tel: (014) 590 4500. Bid documents are obtainable during the following times: O8HOO to 16HOO (Monday to Friday).

A non-refundable bid deposit of R150.00 payable in cash. The payment must be deposited to Bojanala Platinum District Municipality bank account. ABSA bank, Ace no: 011 20000272, Branch: Rustenburg. The deposit slip must be submitted as proof of payment on collection of a bid document

Duly completed bids and supporting documents must be deposited in the Bid Box situated at the Bojanala Platinum District Municipality offices, cnr Beyers Naude and Fatima Bhayat Street, Rustenburg, not later than the 15 March 2010 at 11HOO, where bids will be opened in public.

Bids received after the closing date and time will not be considered. BPDM does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid in whole or in part.
