It is estimated that tenders should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 6 EB or 6 ME* or higher.
It is estimated that potentially emerging enterprise should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 5 EB PE or 5 ME PE* or higher.
A compulsory site inspection on 02/08/2010 at 12h00. Prospective bidders/tenderers to meet at Baviaanspoort Prison.
