Establishment of a panel of attorneys in respect of arrear property rentals of the Public Investment Corporation
The Public Investment Corporation (PIC) invites suitably qualified attorney firms with expertise in the area of collection of commercial properties rentals ("debt collection") to submit a bid to the PIC. This relates to collection of arrear rentals pertaining to commercial properties of the PIC in: Western Cape: Durbanville and Plettenberg bay
The panel will be valid until 31 March 2012.
Closing date: 13 August 2010, closing time: 11:00.
Bid documentation will be available in hard copy for collection from 14 July 2010 from PIC offices. Soft copies will be available on request. A non refundable fee of R150,00 will have to be paid prior to issuing (soft copy) or during the collection (hard copy) of the documentation.
