All fees and expenses proposed must be in South African Rand (ZAR)

Documents will be available on the website www.flysaa.com or for collection between O8hOO and 12hOO GMT +2 from the 22 February 2010, at the Permit Office situated at SAA - Airways Park, Jones Road. OR Tambo Int Airport.

There will be a compulsory bidders/tender briefing session on 25 February 2010 at 10hOO GMT +2 at SAA's Head Office, Airways Park, Jones Road, OR Tambo Int Airport Please contact: Mandy Coetser (+2711) 978-6009 to make arrangements for the collection of the bid documents.

A Non-refundable fee of R3000.00 is required per Bid document. Only cash or bank guaranteed cheques will be accepted and No post-dated cheques will be accepted. Bid documents downloaded from the SAA website should have proof of payment attached to them (on the 1 st page of the bid document) upon their submission.

The submission for above bids closes on the 09 March 2010 at 11hOO GMT +2. at the Permit Office situated at SAA - Airways Park, Jones Road, Kempton Park.

No late submissions will be considered.
