DESCRIPTION:
The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa hereby invites outdoor advertising/media/technology companies to submit proposals for media advertising and broadcasting services.

A compulsory briefing will be held at PRASA where potential concessionaires will be briefed on specific available inventory classes and categories across trains, buses and stations.

Please note: A compulsory tender briefing session will be held on 22 February 2010 at Prasa Head Office, Umjantshi House, 30 Wolmarans Street, on the 12th floor at 10h00.

RFP documents may be collected from Joseph Magoro on the 08th floor, PRASA Head Office, 66 Jorissen Street, Jorrisen Place, Braamfontein, Johannesburg as from 17 to 19 February 2010 between 09h00 and 16h00 on proof of payment of an amount of R1500.00 (VAT included) per set, which is not refundable (no cash or cheques will be accepted) Clearly indicated the Tender Number on the Deposit Slip as reference.
