Description:
Provide design, renovations, layout and installation of restaurant equipment and furniture for the restaurant area for the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA).

The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) is a regulatory authority established as a juristic person in terms of Section 3 of the National Energy Regulator Act, 2004 (Act No. 40 of 2004). NERSAs mandate is to regulate the electricity, piped-gas and petroleum pipeline industries in terms of the Electricity Regulation Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006), Gas Act, 2001 (Act No. 48 of 2001) and Petroleum Pipelines Act, 2003 (Act No. 60 of 2003).

Please quote: Reference No. NERSA/0910/FAD/DRL/CON014 in all correspondence. Correspondence without a reference number will not be attended to.

Note: Compulsory briefing session will be held Monday, the 22nd of February 2010 at 10h00 am at Kulawula House, 526 Vermeulen Street, Arcadia, Pretoria.

The closing date and time for submissions is: 4 March 2010 at 11:00, in accordance with Telkom time available through 1026. Submissions should be delivered into the tender box located in the reception area or at the counter in the reception area of the noted building, if it cannot fit into the tender box, during the hours stipulated in the bid document.

The building is Kulawula House, 526 Vermeulen Street, Arcadia, Pretoria.
