The service of an External Auditor is required to carry out the annual audit of its financial statements. Interested firms are invited to submit a written proposal and provide information indicating their professional capabilities and experience in providing these services.

Services required:
o Auditing of the Agency's annual financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2010
o Reporting to the Board an opinion on whether or not the financial statements fairly represent the Agency's financial position and results of operations in accordance with generally recognised accounting principles.
o Providing as part of the annual audit, advice and recommendations on the Agency's management and internal control procedures
o Responding to requirements and duties of the auditors as outlined in the provisions of the Public Accountants' and Auditors' Act, 1991 (Act 80 of 1991).

Requirements: o Provide valid Tax Clearance Certificates o Reference list of engagements of similar nature.
