INVITES TENDERS FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED SUPPLIERS TO UPGRADE THE SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM IN THE THEO VAN WIJK BUILDING. The Tender Specification, map and Supplier Application (F25) Form are available on the Unisa website at www.unisa.ac.za
Enquiries can be directed to tenders@unisa.ac.za A non-refundable tender registration fee of R300.00 (cash or bank guaranteed cheque only) is payable at registration
Submission of Unisa Supplier List Application form (F25) complete with all supporting documentation
Prospective tenderers must read the tender specification and bring a copy to the registration
Only contractors that have a CIBD grading of 6SF or higher will be considered
Contractors must be registered with PSIRA (Private Security Regulatory Authority) Registration Date: 5 February 2010
Time: 09hOO to 09h30 (Latecomers will not be admitted)
Venue: Ground Floor, RR Maluleka Building, Muckleneuk Campus, Preller Street, Muckleneuk Ridge, Pretoria. Please note that the above-mentioned time frames must
be strictly adhered to, latecomers will not be admitted. The compulsory
information session will commence immediately after registration.
The original and a copy of the sealed tenders must be submitted into
the official tender box located in the O R Tambo Administration
Building, 5th Floor, Muckleneuk Campus, Pretoria. Please quote the
tender reference number PT2010/01 on the sealed envelope. The Tender
awarded will be conditional and subject to successful negotiations and
signing of a written contract, failing which UNISA reserves the right
to withdraw the tender and awards same to the next successful tenderer
without the need to repeat the tender process.
Closing date and time: 22 February 2010 at 12:00.
Late, incomplete or incorrectly submitted tenders will not be considered.
Points will be awarded for Black Economic Empowerment
The decision of the UNISA Management Committee on awarding a tender is final.
UNISA reserves the right to appoint, contract with and monitor
performance of any service provider it solely deems will offer the best
service but not necessarily being the lowest tender, as well as the
right " not to award a Tender. |
