Bid documents are obtainable as from 01st March 2010 from 08h00 to 16h00 ( Mondays to Fridays) at the offices of BPDM, corner Beyers Naude and Fatima Bhayat street, Rustenburg, Tel (014) 590 4500. A non refundable deposit of R 250.00 per bid document should be deposited to Account No 01120000272, ABSA and the deposit slip should be submitted as proof of payment.

A compulsory briefing session will take place on the 05th March 2010 at 10:00 am. Prospective Bidders are required to meet in the Bojanala Platinum District Municipality Council Chambers, corner Beyers Naude and Fatima Bhayat Street, Rustenburg.

Duly completed bids and supporting documents must be deposited in the bid box situated at the Bojanala Platinum District Municipality offices, Corner Beyers Naude and Fatima Bhayat Street, Rustenburg, not later than the 19 March 2010 where bids will be opened in public.

Bids received after the closing date and time will not be considered. BPDM does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid in whole or in part.
