Description:
The design, manufacture, supply erection, management and maintenance of public transport shelters and advertisements from 01 July 2011 until 30 June 2014

Compulsory site meeting:
A compulsory clarification meeting will be held at 12:00 on TUESDAY, 18 JANUARY 2011. Prospective bidders are requested to meet on the said date and time at ROOM C 504, KEMPTON PARK CIVIC CENTRE, CORNER PRETORIA AND CR SWART DRIVE, KEMPTON PARK. Bid documentation will not be available at the compulsory clarification meeting

Submit bids to:
Bids must be hand delivered to the bid box situated at the address: Ground floor, 68 Woburn Avenue, Benoni. It must be contained in a sealed envelope and clearly stating the bid number and description on the cover.

Non-refundable Document fee:
R200-00

Bid validity period: 120 days

Bidders attention is specifically drawn to the provisions of the bid rules which are included in the bid documents.

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted and the Council reserves the right not to consider any bid not suitably endorsed or comprehensively completed, as well as the right to accept a bid in whole or part.

Bids completed in pencil will be regarded as invalid bids. Submission of electronic and fax bids are not acceptable.
