A non-refundable deposit of R200.00 is payable for each bid document in cash. Bid documentation will be available from 22 November 2010 from Department of Public Safety, NgaKa Modiri Moiema Road. New Office Building, Revenue Office No. 015, Ground Floor Mmabatho, 2735.

Conditions contained in General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and attached bid documents are applicable.

Bid Documents, in a sealed envelope displaying "DPS Number", The closing date, name and address of the bidder, must be deposited before the closing time and in the official Tender box of the Department of Public Safety, Safety House, 31-34 Molopo Road, Mahikeng (Main Entrance) Security Check Point.

The following documents should be attached to the Bid Documents: Original Valid Tax Clearance Certificate: Company Registration Certificate indicating % ownership of each Director/Manager/Shareholder: In case of Joint Venture, original tax Clearance of all companies and Joint Venture Tax Clearance Certificate and joint Venture Agreement; Certified identity documents of all shareholders and bank details of company; Original receipts issued by the Department of Public Safety, certified copy of PSIRA Registration Certificate, a letter of Good Standing from PSIRA, Regulation 8 PSIRA Certificate (company owner).

The bid will be disqualified from evaluation phase if documents stated above are not attached.
