DESCRIPTION:
The South African National Roads Agency Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders from experienced Service Providers for the provision of a Comprehensive Survey, Land Administration, Property Management and Valuation Service. This project will entail the services as set out in the Tender Documentation and will require the services to be provided throughout the Republic of .South Africa. The period of appointment will be for a period of three years. Preferences are offered to Tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is SANRAL Northern Regional Offices, 38 Ida Street, Menlyn, Pretoria. Documents may be collected here between the hours of O8hOO and 16hOO (Monday to Friday), as of the 29th of January 2010, A non-refundable fee of R500.00 (payable in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque made payable to SANRAL) is required on collection of the Tender Documents, which will be issued in electronic format on a CD.

A compulsory Tenderer Clarification Meeting with representatives of SANRAL will take place at Ditsela Place, 1204 Park Street, Hatfield, Pretoria at 10:00 on the 17th of February 2010. Tenderers must RSVP their attendance to Mr G Ackermann by e-mail at ackermanng@nra.co.za by no later than the 12th of February 2010. Please restrict your attendance to three representatives per Tenderer. It is strongly advised that proposed Tenderers obtain the documents beforehand and read this notice in conjunction with the Invitation to Tender. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO TENDER DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE CLARIFICATION MEETING.

Submissions of Tenderers who arrive late at the clarification meeting may be regarded as non-responsive. The closing time for receipt of tenders is 14hOO on the 25th of March 2010. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
Requirements for completing, sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
