Recruitment Process
Familiar with the term "fishing from the same pond", well not Umvukele Security.
All applicants are interviewed telephonically. Once the applicant meets the initial criteria then they are requested to forward their cv. Short listed applicants are then "screened" (previous employers are contacted, if the applicant was dismissed then we remove such from the recruitment process, criminal record checks, registration details & residence are thoroughly checked).
Final applicants are then subjected to in house tests: basic report writing, verbal communication, numeric & literacy test, polygraph / voice stress analysis, posture and general appearance are taken into consideration.
Once we are fully satisfied that the applicant is of the caliber requested by the Industry and by Umvukele Security's standards, then only is the applicant offered the position within the company. All staff are trained and evaluated regularly as new technologies and techniques become available.
