How We Operate
We are an Online Computer Shop and as such don't stock merchandise on our premises.
As our customers place their orders with us, we likewise place an order for such product/s with our suppliers.
Local Customers
Free shipping applies to Capetonians for goods purchased from us that exceeds R500.
Our customers may collect the merchandise from our supplier's premises - please arrange beforehand with us.
International Customers
Goods are shipped to international destinations.
We accept the following payment options:
- International Bank Wire by means of a BIC or Swift Code.
- Please ensure that should you decide to pay by Bank Wire, that after the costs of the transactions are deducted by your bank, the correct amount as per the Sales Order, are paid into our bank account.
- International Credit Card Payments are also accepted.
- TechMall.biz utilizes the service of www.setcom.com and www.alertpay.com as a payment gateway to faciliate such payments.
- Prior registration is required with the respective payment gateway companies.
- Please note: TechMall.biz does not request any credit card info from our customers.
