At Apple Annies we do not believe that bigger is always better and we work strictly according to the client’s budget. We have in our employ a professional florist, chef, creative designer and photographer, thus saving on the client’s budget by not working through third parties. We also carry a wide variety of stock, thus eliminating the need to hire cutlery, crockery, linen and glassware from a third party. Set ups are done by our staff as well. Our biggest function was a buffet for 2500 on the beach while our smallest number we cater for is ten. Our clients include National Government, the Eastern Cape Legislature, the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality and various businesses and companies in the Metro. Although based in the Eastern Cape we travel nationwide. |
