PROPERTY POINT, a Growthpoint Properties initiative, is creating tomorrow’s leaders and influencers. Its monthly To The Point sessions have become unmissable events that inspire entrepreneurs from all fields of business and at all stages of building their businesses.

This April, leadership influence takes the spotlight. Leadership coach Elaine Jacob steps up to the mic as this month’s guest presenter and zones in on that special something that leaders have, which makes people want to follow them.

Jacob scooped three prestigious awards in recent years including Gauteng Business Woman of the Year from the South African Council of Business Women. She was first runner-up National Entrepreneur Champion presented by the National Chamber of Small Business and won the Young Entrepreneur Award by Investec Bank.

She will take delegates through an exciting and inspiring session that delves into what influence is, and why it is important.
