US-based company WorldVentures has recently opened an office in Cresta, Johannesburg, the first office on the African Continent. The local office is led by General ManagerKemble Morgan who has extensive experience in management within similar multi-level marketing companies including Amway, GNLD and IFA.
Morgan is supported by a strong team including a Field Development Manager Pamela Kundon. Kundon’s expertise lie in administration, analytics and relationship management – skills she will call on to assist Morgan in growing the SA business.
A company is only as strong as its administrative team. The administration team includes Leoshni Dwarka who’s experience in call centre management, client portfolio growth and employee coaching forms the foundation for the Regional Administration role she fulfills for the African continent and Andrea Kreuger who joins WorldVentures from a chemical distribution company. Andrea’s strength lies in her attention to detail and strong administrative management abilities. Kreuger will provide a much-needed support role to the local team.
Territory Manager Eurisa Singh completes the local team. Her role includes the location and qualification of new business opportunities and partnerships for the DreamTrips Local program that will promote growth within the organization.
