Recent Gauteng Business News
In November, the Johannesburg-based business – still not three years old – moved from its offices in Hyde Park to larger premises at 23, Fricker Road, Illovo.
Talent Africa Continues to Expand
Founder-director Auguste (Gusti) Coetzer commented: “The move is a signal that we have maintained a strong rate of growth and look forward to continued expansion in 2012 and beyond.
“In the near-term, we anticipate strategic strengthening of the professional team, at director and researcher level, while substantial growth in our client-base is in prospect.
“The business environment in the executive search and recruitment industry remains challenging, but professionalism is rewarded by repeat business from satisfied clients and positive word-of-mouth across the corporate sector. Our strategy of building our cross-border capabilities into the rest of Africa has also proved highly successful.”
Talent Africa Looks to Hold Onto its Successful Business Model
Though the Talent Africa address changes, other ‘pillars of the business’ remain firmly embedded.
“We still embody the solution we sell,” said Coetzer. “Our clients are eager to develop multi-racial, multi-talented, gender-empowered top teams. That’s our model as well.
“We’re value focused and recession tested. We stay close to our business and our clients. That is not going to change, no matter how fast Talent Africa grows.”
