EXPO: Conference Programme Finalised for Marketing Indaba

Recent Gauteng Business News

Bookings are now open and the programme finalised for the Marketing Indaba Conference which will be held at the Southern Sun Grayston, Sandton on 28 and 29 September. The two-day conference will offer a focussed programme including topics such as digital marketing, integration of marketing channels and online brand management. Michael Jackson, MC and keynote speaker will oversee the proceedings. The first day’s line-up is divided into four main categories namely: strategy, management, branding and customer relations. The second day’s focus will be on digital marketing, mass media, retail marketing and direct marketing.

Marketing Indaba Offers many Exciting Opportunities

The conference offers many networking opportunities where delegates can meet like-minded executives and industry peers from various industries. With SME’s and larger agencies already confirming their participation, the event ensures a good platform for cross-industry knowledge exchange. Sharing marketing trends, ideas and solutions will be at the heart of all delegates and speakers. Social media will once again take centre stage and delegates can follow the conference on Facebook and Twitter.

The Marketing Indaba Conference is organised by CADEK Media who staged the first indaba at the CTICC in Cape Town earlier this year. The two-day conference was attended by 300+ delegates and offered a jam packed programme with 21 expert speakers. The organisers look forward to a similar response in Gauteng.

Confirmed Speakers for the Marketing Indaba

Some of the confirmed speakers for the Sandton conference include: Jonathan Ratcliffe (Google), Thebe Ikalafeng (Brand Leadership), Ludi Koekemoer (AAA School of Advertising), Andrew Herd (CNBC Africa / ABN Digital), Jason Stewart (Have you heard!), Diane Charton (Acceleration Media), Fred Roed (World Wide Creative), Styli Charalambous (The Daily Maverick), Godfrey Parkin (Britefire), Gareth Pearson (BMi Research), Peter Wilson (TNS Global) and Alastair Tempest (DMASA). Marketers can expect to leave the Marketing Indaba with new enthusiasm and loads of ideas to implement in their company’s marketing efforts.
