BASF Construction Chemicals has simplified its communications with customers, adding speed and convenience to the equation. Its new ‘single contact’ number - 0861 227 322 – will connect customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to the company’s various branches and numerous internal staff and consultants in the field – efficiently and effectively.
Says Warren Trew, Director of Sales & Marketing at BASF Construction Chemicals: “Our recent move to centralised head office premises in Midrand, Gauteng and the bedding down of regional manufacturing, administrative and distribution facilities, made ensuring easy access to our services and staff essential. The new centralised access number will ensure that callers are put through to the right person or branch without having to make a second and sometimes third call. This is an important part of ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.” The majority of calls to the 0861 number will connect directly to BASF Construction Chemicals’ Midrand head office, from where the call will be distributed to relevant staff or to one of the company’s regional branches.
